Engine Rebuilding Team
Head engine technician Steve Davey has vast experience at the highest levels in motorsport. He started his career at Formula 1 in 1979 with Lotus, and has since worked in BTCC Touring Cars and most recently Cosworth V8 Formula 1 development.
Steve is not only capable and expert at rebuilding, upgrading and developing GT enginges (V8/V10/V12), he is passionate about generating performance and efficiency from the root.
Engine Rebuilding Services
We have a large and fully equipped engine room, a clean and efficient environment housing specialist tools and equipment for our technicians to work quickly and smoothly.
Our engine room facilities include hot wash tank, head skim, crank grind & polish, balancing, gas flow and liner inserts.
BDM rebuild engines for repair or performance. All parts are thoroughly cleaned in our hot wash tank, all bearings, piston rings and wearables are replaced to provide maximum performance and efficiency.
We perform thorough diagnostics prior to any rebuilding work, providing you with a full quote and details of work to be carried out.

Head: Calculated compression ratio and head skim to suit, gas flow, lightweight valve trains.
