BDMXbow Noise Control Exhaust System

If you want your KTM Xbow to sound like a hairdryer and have a heavy ugly box on the back then the standard KTM Xbow exhaust system is the one for you!

At BDM we have designed and built a beautiful lightweight Stainless Steel exhaust system tuned for performance. We use high grade 316 stainlees steel which is TIG welded and polished for strength, durability, performance and to look great. The design of the system allows the exhaust gasses to flow freely with fantastic performance gains.

Our new 'Noise control' system adds a second tail pipe with an electronically controlled valve that opens and closes at the flick of a switch to any position between fully closed and fully open for accurate noise level control. If you want to be peaceful and law abiding you can close the valve fully and when you go to an open track day, you can have the valve fully open for maximum performance and race car noise! If the circuit of your choice has a lower noise limit you can adjust the level to what ever they demand.

The BDM Xbow exhaust system is also available with a digital controller which can be mounted on your dash, making adjustments from 0-100 % so simple, with a display to let you know hwere the system is set. Please select this option in the drop down below to add it to your order?

You can also order your exhaust to be ceramic coating in Dark Grey or white at an additional cost. Ceramic coating significantly improves the flow characteristics of the system and helps to prevent heat build up in the engine area.
