1.8T Replacement Engine

The 1.8T short block is assembled to our exacting standards. The engine block includes the following parts...

• 1.8T Engine block
• Crankshaft
• Connecting Rods
• Pistons (20mm wrist pin)
• Bearings (Main, Big End)

When assembling the blocks we always use brand new bearings, bolts & Piston rings. Your engine will require running in when installed into your car.

Block 1. £1250 plus vat < 350 bhp
Reconditioned engine block with honed bores, 81mm pistons with 20mm wrist pins, standard 144 x 20mm connecting rods. Fully assembled with new piston rings, bearings and bolts.
Block 2. £1595 > 350 bhp
Tuned engine block with honed bores, 81mm pistons with 20mm wrist pins, uprated forged 144 x 20mm connecting rods. Fully assembled with new piston rings, bearings and bolts.
Block 3. £1695 > 400 bhp
Tuned engine block with oversize bores, 81.5 mm forged low compression 8.5:1 pistons with 20mm wrist pins, uprated forged 144 x 20mm connecting rods. Fully assembled with new  bearings and bolts.
Block 4. £2195 > 400 bhp *1.9*
Tuned engine block with oversize bores, 82.5 mm forged low compression 8.5:1 pistons with 20mm wrist pins, uprated forged 144 x 20mm connecting rods. Fully assembled with new  bearings and bolts.
