BDM K04 Stage 2+ Power upgrade

BDM use only the best quality products, including Milltek Sport exhaust systems, APR fuel pumps and Revo Technic remaps... all grouped together to offer you the customer a great end product at a great price. Kit contents:

APR high pressure fuel pump

APR has completely re-engineered the standard cam driven fuel pump to be capable handling high levels of tune, producing the increased fuel pressure required throughout the rev range.

Milltek Exhaust

This high flowing Milltek exhaust system is better than the standard exhaust in every aspect. Not only do you get increased performance and sound, but it is also made from the highest quality materials available... aircraft grade 304 stainless steel. Not only does it give a great finish, but also a substantial reduction in weight over the standard exhaust system. The 3 inch Milltek downpipe increase exhaust gas flow whilst the sports cats also improve the flow of the exhaust system whilst making sure that it is still road legal and capable of passing the MOT emissions test. Milltek cat-back exhaust systems are covered by a lifetime anti-corrosion and manufacturing defect warranty and hi-flow sports catalysts and downpipes are covered by a 2 year or 80,000km warranty.

BDM Turbo Intake Kit

The BDM turbo intake kit is our very own. Made from huge 3.5 inch alloy pipe work and large Pipercross cone filter, the kit replaces the original engine cover and filter. The large diameter pipe work and free flowing filter allows a higher volume of air to flow freely in to the turbo achieving greater levels of power.

Revo Mapping

Mapping is the final piece of the puzzle and Revo Technic's fantastic remap pulls all the upgrades together to get the most from each individual component. The fitted service includes installation and set-up of the full Revo stage 2+ software including diagnostics and logging.
